WM_INITDIALOG

  This message is sent to the user-defined dialog box procedure just before
the dialog box is displayed. This lets the application perform some
initialization on the dialog box (such as initializing the dialog box
controls).

Parameters
  wParam is not used.
  lParam is not used.
