LB_SETCOLUMNWIDTH

  This message sets the width of a single column within a multi-column
listbox.

Parameters
  wParam is the width.
  lParam is not used.

Returns
   If successful, TRUE is returned. LB_ERR is returned if the listbox did
not have the LBS_MULTICOLUMN style.
