TESTIMONY On When the Murders Took Place Ellen Aaronson. Brentwood resident. Had a blind date with Danny Mandel that evening. Francesca Harman She testified that she didnīt hear any anusual noise when she drove by the crimescene around 10.20 pm. Robert Heidstra Brentwood resident. Testified that at 10.40 pm he heard two voices. He said that what he heard sounded like an argument, during which one of the two persons yelled "Hey, hey, hey!" Shortly afterwards he heared a gate slam. He said he couldnīt understand what the men were saying because of a dog barking. But he also testified that he saw a white car, possibly a Ford Bronco, leave the crimescene. Danny Mandel Had a blind date with Ellen Aaronson. They both testified that after they had left the restaurant around 10 pm they walked down South Bundy. They said they didnīt notice anything unusual when they came across the crimescene and didnīt see or hear a barking dog. Denise Pilnak Former neighbor of Nicole. Testified she didnīt hear anything unusual when she walked a friend to her car at 10.18 pm. But at 10.35, when she went into her bathroom, she heared a dog barking. The dog was still barking when she went to bed at 12.30 pm. END
