Tomoyo chan is very rich. She has a group of all women bodyguards who follow her around at night. She's the one who creates all of Sakura's gravity defying costumes. She also videotapes all of Sakura's adventures. Tomoyo is in love with Sakura. Sometimes it seems like she likes Touya, but that's because when she looks at Touya she's reminded of Sakura.
