In a magical land, the ten year old Chacha learns magic from her sensei Seravy. Enrolled at the Magic School with her friends, Riiya, a young werewolf, and Shiene-chan, the magic student of Servay's rival Dorothy, Chacha bumbles through her magic lessons and faces rival schoolmates like Black Riding Hood Yakko, admirer of Seravy, and Marin, the mermaid who has a one-sided love for Riiya. When demons appear, Riiya and Shiene-chan help Chacha to transform into Magical Princess Holy-Up to fight the the evil magic lord Daimaou and save the kingdom. |
