If you ever have a time when you want FileHamster to ignore changes to files in watches you can
setup a blackout.
The options allow you to choose any day of the week that this blackout will begin or to disable your
blackout.
Then you can set the number of hours that FileHamster will be blacked out for.
The last option will set what time the blackout should begin.
