Normally this dialog box should not be started as it slows down the searching and indexing processes considerably. If errors are occurring it is desirable to start the Debug Window, repeat the actions that caused the errors, and cut and paste the contents of the Debug Window in an E-Mail message to MantaDB@MantaDB.com for support.
Please note that, for efficiency reasons, the information is written to the Debug Window in batches and the screen will appear to update in jumps rather than as a continuous flow. There is only one Debug Window for MantaDB - the activities of MantaDB in the various Web Browsers are all written to the same window.
Debug Window Options
Launch on Startup: The Debug Window can be started automatically when MantaDB starts. If you wish the Debug Window to automatically appear check this box.Debug Level: The Debug Window has a filtration system which can remove certain classes of debug message. Level 1 messages are major checkpoints or errors in the flow of information through the system. If the Debug Window is enabled the Level 1 messages always appear. Level 2 messages are markers of secondary importance and are generally used for the indication of events of an optional or non-critical nature. Level 3 messages are informational diagnostics only - and depending on the section of code that is being executed there can be quite a number of them.
Normally if you are sending diagnostic information into MantaDB@MantaDB.com for support you would set the Debug Level to Level 3.
