12002- the connection timed out
This usually means that there is a problem with your connection to our site. Make sure your modem is working and is correctly configured. Also make sure your phone line is working correctly. This may rarely happen when there are server problems - in that case, simply wait a few minutes, then try again.

12014 - password not allowed

This means that you are either not signed up under the name that you chose, or that you entered your password incorrectly. Double check both of these things.

If clicking on the signup button does not take you to the signup page, then it is possible that URL's are not registered with the default browser - in this case, you must must enter http://www.instant-net.co.uk/signup.cgi/ manually. Similarly the preview button will not work under the same circumstances. The URL of the uploaded site is given in the preview dialog box.
