VRAM

Memory dedicated to processing data of images that appear on the Computer monitor. The amount of colors on a monitor as well as the resolution are both related proportionally to the size of the VRAM. In order to import a full-color image from the scanner, modify and print it out, a minimum of 2MB of VRAM is necessary; for optimum processing about 4MB is desirable.
