Printing address labels

Addressing postcards and envelopes is repetitive work. Preprinted seals and adhesive paper can enhance efficiency, but labels printed on the printer are more attractive. Ink jet printers are more suitable than laser printers for this work.

Word processing software is adequate if you are only going to send a single piece of mail to a single address, but if you plan to do repetitive mailings to several addresses, use a database program or address listing software.

Color is not necessary for printing out addresses. However, using color for a single logo or advertising campaign symbol can be extremely effective.
