Simulating hairstyles |
A professional hairdresser knows what styles will work well for customers, but the customer might not be so easily persuaded. The best solution is to import an image of the customer's face into the computer, match the face with a recommended hairstyle, and then show the printed image to the customer. |
You need a digital camera to photograph the customer's face, a program that allows you to superimpose the hairstyle on the face (preferably, use special software developed for this purpose; alternatively, Photoshop can be used to create a data set of the new hairstyles). Cut out the photographic image and combine it with the new hairstyle. The best printer for the final output is the EPSON Stylus Photo series. |
By setting up the optimal conditions for photographing faces, you will need less time later for adjusting the lighting and size of the images. If you use Photoshop, you can also simulate the effect of hair dye on the hairstyles. |
