What to do if it rains |
Handy tools for shooting sessions |
If it suddenly starts to rain while you are shooting, or if the spray from a fountain or waterfall wets the camera, wipe away the moisture with a dry towel as quickly as possible. Whenever you shoot outdoors, you should be prepared for sudden changes in the weather by bringing a couple of hand towels and a handkerchief. You'll find them handy at odd moments. A shower cap is a simple but effective way to protect your camera during the rain. |
A common failure after a sudden rain is to take care of the camera but return it to a damp camera bag, which will result in mold on the lens. Make sure that the camera bag is completely dry before using it. |
Be cautious and take along maintenance and cleaning items |
