Photographing in the monochrome mode

By using the monochrome mode, small letters and illustrations can be copied

The monochrome (black and white) mode is useful for copying detailed text, and other similar purposes. In this mode, the liquid crystal display will show real-time images, giving you the sensation of shooting a black and white movie. Use this setting to take documentary-like photographs of street scenes, or create the effect of old movie stills.
