Shaking the camera because of unstable posture

A blurred photo

Shaking the camera is a common and disappointing problem. The causes are various, but most of the time it's due to an unstable posture when holding the camera. Your elbows must be held firmly against your body, to ensure that the hand holding the camera is steady. But a posture that is too rigid may also cause your body and the camera to shake.

A stable way to hold the camera

You need daily practice in holding the camera securely, until you are completely at ease with it. Also, make sure that your fingers do not cover the camera lens or erroneously press any controls.
