Smoothing the printout's gradation |
The halftone setting must be adjusted properly so that intermediate tones and gradations are reproduced faithfully in the printout. You can make these settings in the printer driver. |
Choose Settings from the Start menu and click Printer. Right click your printer's icon and select Properties. In the Main menu, click the More Settings button. Then select Error Diffusion in the Halftoning box. |
Certain printer drivers also allow you to choose between high speed and high quality. Select high quality for detailed error diffusion that will increase image quality. To increase the printout speed, select high-speed error diffusion. |
