The contrast is too low |
Low-contrast photo |
Sometimes a photograph appears hazy due to the lighting conditions and imbalance between the object and its background. In other words, the contrast is low. |
When the overall contrast of the photograph is low, it can be adjusted using image editing software. |
In Photoshop, for example, select Adjust from the Image menu and click "Brightness/Contrast." The Brightness/Contrast dialog box will appear. |
