The contrast is too high |
High-contrast photo |
In some photographs, certain colors of garments and lighting produce a glaring effect. In other words, a high contrast is created. |
When high contrast prevails throughout the photograph, it can be adjusted using image editing software. |
To correct the contrast with Photoshop, select Adjust from the Image menu and click "Brightness/Contrast." Make adjustments in this dialog box. Glare is caused by both high contrast and brightness, so you may want to adjust both Brightness and Contrast. |
