Understanding Printers/Discrepancies in colorIndexHome

Every time the data is printed, the color changes

The human eye will perceive an objectively identical color in different ways, depending on the surrounding colors. This applies equally to the colors displayed on the monitor.

For this reason, the apparent difference is greater than the actual difference between what you see on the monitor and what you see on the printout. You can avoid this by setting the desktop color on your monitor to gray or a similar color, thus minimizing the effect of the surrounding color.

It's also important to set the white point (color temperature) of the monitor to a proper level for printed matter: 5,000-6,500 degrees Kelvin.
