Even after changing the ink cassette, the message "Please change the ink cassette" appears on the screen

This problem occurs when the ink cassette is not firmly in place. Remove the cassette and reinstall it. Make sure you hear a click. Don't try to force the cassette into place if you don't hear a click; remove it and try installing it again.
