Image created in an application cannot be printed correctly

Even if the printer's self-diagnostic routine successfully prints a color test sheet, some applications create color files that will only print in black and white. Several causes should be investigated.

If the application is old, it may not support color printing. In this case, export the data to different application and try again. If it still doesn't work, you may need to upgrade the printer driver. You can obtain the latest versions of printer drivers for all models from EPSON's website. After you have installed the new driver and made sure that all the settings are correct, try printing again.
