Sinclair must keep between peace between the Centauri and Narn ambassadors aboard Babylon 5, when Narn forces invade the Centauri outpost, Ragesh 3. As raider attacks start to draw nearer the Station, and it is discoverred that their next target is in fact a civilian transport craft, Sinclair and Garibaldi decide to make a stand against them. |
Dr. Stephen Franklin arrives on Babylon 5 to assume his position as the station's new resident physician. An unknown ship appears out of hyperspace, spinning wildly out of control on a collision course with Babylon 5. Delenn recognises the ship's occupant as a Soul Hunter, a race feared by the Minbari. |
Londo falls in love with Adira, a Centauri dancing girl who has been sent to steal the purple files from the Centauri Ambassador. Sinclair must now help protect the ambassador's political career and sets out to help Londo retrieve the files. Meanwhile, Garibaldi investigates some un-authorised transmissions being made using the stations Gold Channel. |
Dr. Vance, an old friend of Dr. Franklin, arrives on the station and with him brings newly discovered alien organic technology. When his assistant Nelson Drake is infected with the organic weapons, they start to merge into a half Human, half alien hybrid. Sinclair and Garibaldi must destroy the creature as it rages through the levels of Babylon 5, attacking anything in its way. |
A week long festival begins aboard Babylon 5 to encourage each alien race to demonstrate their dominant religious beliefs. G'Kar receives a message from a now deceased Narn and learns that a deadly assassin has been hired to torture and kill him. G'Kar becomes very suspicious of anyone approaches him, especially his new aide, Na'Toth. |
A Rouge telepath, Jason Ironheart, arrives on Babylon 5. His powers are far beyond those of other telepaths after being part of an experiment by Psi Corps, and as a result he experiences great problems controlling them. As the 'mind quakes', grow stronger, they begin to threaten the station's safety. Catherine Sakai has a strange encounter near Sigma 957. |
The Home Guard, a fanatical pro-Earth group, begin a campaign aboard Babylon 5 by attacking prominent aliens in the hope of unbalancing the fragile peace. Sinclair and Ivanova must go undercover in an attempt to stop them. Meanwhile, Londo must make a hard decision as a young Centauri couple come to him for help. They wish to marry for love, something which is forbidden on the Centauri Homeworld. |
Sinclair is kidnapped by two operatives from a covert Earth agency who attempt to fool and confuse Sinclair into telling them the truth about what really happened on the Battle of the Line. As Garibaldi heads a Security team determined to locate and rescue the Commander, Sinclair learns that Delenn's part in the Battle of the Line is not as innocent as it first appeared. |

Dr. Franklin has to make a critical decision as he tries to save the life of a young alien boy whose parents will not allow him to operate for religious reasons. The parents claim that if he operates the boy's soul will escape from his body. He will then become an empty shell and will no longer be their son. Meanwhile, Ivanova commands a fighter wing sent to escort a civilian ship away from some nearby raiders. |
As President Santiago begins his journey toward Babylon 5 to present the station with a new fighter wing, an explosion rips through Cobra bay 12, severely damaging the area and killing a member of crew. The President's Security team, sent ahead to ensure his safe arrival, assume control of the situation, and Garibaldi finds himself accused of sabotage. Garibaldi is suspended and begins to work undercover to clear his name. |
An accident occurs in the docking bay, killing a dock worker and destroying a Narn transporter's cargo. As a result of an investigation into the accident the dock workers decide to strike. As the strike continues to threaten the the trade of Babylon 5, Sinclair must find a solution to the situation before the dock workers get violent. Meanwhile, Londo attempts to keep G'Kar from obtaining a sacred flower required for a Narn religious ceremony. |
Londo gets ready to receive back the Eye, an old Centauri symbol of nobility. In an attempt to find the truth, Sinclair asks Garibaldi to find out what happened to him on the Battle of the Line in the Earth-Minbari war. A Centauri women has a strong vision of the station's destruction and a stranger visits each of the alien ambassadors asking the strange and confusing question, "What do you want?". |
A friend from Garibaldi's past arrives on Babylon 5 with the hope of glory in an alien fighting tournament. Walker Smith from Earth aims to be the first Human to enter into the Mutai, an alien only fighting tournament with no gloves and no rules. Rabbi Koslov, a close friend of Ivanova's, visits the station to try and help her come to terms with the recent loss of her father. |
A man called Aldous Gajic arrives on Babylon 5 to continue his order's search for the Holy Grail. He befriends a petty thief called Jinxo who, after being caught by Security, will do anything he can to stay on the station. Other investigations into a string of strange attacks suggest that a deadly creature known as a Na'ka'leen feeder may be aboard Babylon 5. |
Ari Ben Zayn, also know as "Eyes", an EarthForce Colonel from internal affairs, appears on Babylon 5. He reveals that he has been sent to evaluate Sinclair and his command crew's performance and loyalty to EarthForce. Garibaldi suspects the investigation to be a personal vendetta against the Commander and begins to investigate. |
Babylon 5 sees the arrival of a Minbari War Cruiser carrying the corpse of a Minbari war hero. The corpse is to be viewed as a sign of respect to the great Minbari leader. However, once again the fragile peace aboard the station is in danger as the corpse is stolen. Meanwhile, Ivanova and Talia clash over the best future for a young orphaned girl who is starting to show telepathic powers. The young girl may also hold the key to the Minbari hero's disappearance. |
When Babylon 5 detects large seismic activity emitting from Epsilon 3, a research team is sent out to investigate. When the exploration craft is fired upon by something beneath the planet's surface, Sinclair and Ivanova pilot a craft down to the surface and make a surprising discovery. As speculation about what lies on Epsilon 3 leaks through the station, many races attempt to claim the planet as their own, including the Earth Alliance. As an alien ship arrives from hyperspace, Commander Sinclair must now prepare to fight a battle on two fronts to protect Epsilon 3 and Babylon 5 from destruction. Draal, an old mentor of Delenn's, decides to make an important sacrifice in an attempt to stop the destruction of the Planet. |
After investigating a strange energy source a StarFury returns to the station with its pilot dead. As the investigation into the pilot's death begins Babylon 5 receives a distress call from a seemingly impossible source, Babylon 4. The fourth Babylon station had disappeared four years ago shortly after going online, and now appears to have returned. Meanwhile, Delenn confronts the Grey Council after receiving a surprising offer. |
Franklin investigates into a disgraced doctor operating without a license, using a strange alien machine to cure her patients. A convicted killer is sentenced to the death of personality, a process by which the criminal is implanted with a new personality. When the prisoner escapes and takes the healer hostage, she is forced to make a terrifying decision. Lennier also enjoys a lively party as Londo takes him on a tour of the Bars and Casino's of Babylon 5. |
As the year 2258 draws to a close Garibaldi receives a strange message from a dying informant. Acting upon this Garibaldi, starts to investigate and learns that the life of the Earth Alliance President may be in danger. Mr. Morden contacts Londo and offers to simply fix the problem of the Narn Military outpost located in Quadrant 37 without reward. Meanwhile, Delenn offers to tell the Commander the truth about the Battle of the Line as she prepares to begin a strange and lasting transformation. |
