SIZE SPRITE
This command will expand or shrinks the specified sprite according to the size values provided. You must specify both a horizontal and vertical scale when resizing sprites. The size values must be greater than zero of the command will fail. The parameters should be specified using integer values.

SYNTAX
SIZE SPRITE Sprite Number, X-Size Value, Y-Size Value
