BITMAP FLIPPED()
This command will return a one of the current bitmap has been flipped, otherwise zero is returned. You can optionally provide a bitmap number to check whether a specified bitmap has been flipped. The parameter should be specified using an integer value.

SYNTAX
Return Value=BITMAP FLIPPED()
Return Value=BITMAP FLIPPED(Bitmap Number)
