Course Description:

Commercial Web design is an exciting and noble undertaking, but one that is fraught with pitfalls. The goal of this class is to help both Web designers and Web managers understand what they are getting into, what the client and the developer each must bring to the table, and what both sides must do to communicate effectively.

Lectures and real-life examples will address the practical realities that make or break a project, such as figuring out what a particular Website is supposed to do, how long it will take to build, what it will cost, and how it will be maintained.
