BeeGrid 1.0 is developed and published by Stinga. You may use BeeGrid 1.0 for development with any programming environment. You may distribute the following files, royalty free, with any application you develop (see bellow for BeeGrid Free Edition restrictions):

If you are building a development environment, please contact Stinga regarding a licensing arrangement for inclusion of design-time BeeGrid with your product.
BeeGrid 1.0 Free Edition can not be distributed as a part of any application in which, when used in a design-time development environment, the programmatic interface of the BeeGrid 1.0 control is exposed.
End-users of your applications are not licensed to use BeeGrid for any development, and may not redistribute any of the above files.
You are not licensed to distribute any BeeGrid file to users for development purposes. You are not allowed to add or transfer the BeeGrid license key and/or registration code to the registry of your user's computer(s).
In particular, if you create a control using a BeeGrid component as a constituent control, you are not licensed to distribute the control you created with the BeeGrid component to users for development purposes.
It is your responsibility to make such restrictions clear to your users.
