To change from mathematics to text

• Click the Math/Text buttonitbpF21.75pt21.75pt2ptmath.wmf

  or

• From the Insert menu, choose Text.

You can enter mathematics and text in the same paragraph, just by toggling between itbpF21.75pt21.75pt2ptmath.wmfanditbpF21.75pt21.75pt2pttext.wmf.
