Spacing between paragraphs and between lines and other elements is automatically determined by the document styleStyle.tex, but you can use the Spacing command on the Insert menuInsert_menu_commands.tex to add additional vertical space to your content. On the screen, the program shows vertical space as a small vertical line; the line doesn't appear in print. These spaces are available:
