To insert a radical

1. Place the insertion point where you want the radical to appear.

2. ClickitbpF22.4375pt21.0625pt2ptradical.wmf, or from the Insert menu, choose Radical.

   The program inserts a radical into the document and places the insertion point under the radical inside an input boxGlossary.tex#input box.

3. Fill in the object under the radical.

4. To leave the radical, press the spacebar or the right arrow key.
