To display plotting tools
Four plotting tools appear at the upper-right edge of the frame–for translating the view, zooming in and out, and reading and storing plot coordinates; dtbpF0.3105in0.8553in0ptplottool.wmfeight gray handles appear on the frame; and the mouse pointer takes the shape of a hand when it is over the view.
