Troubleshooting

If you have any communication problems using TI-GRAPH LINK ^TM and you receive a Transmission Error message, check the following:

• Make sure the cable is connected to the correct serial port on your computer.

• Make sure both connectors on the cable are firmly connected.

• Make sure you have selected the correct serial port (COM1, COM2, COM3, or COM4) in the TI-GRAPH LINK ^TM program by selecting System Setup from the Utilities menu.
