To replace a questioned word

1. Scroll the list of Alternatives to find the replacement word you want.

2. If the Alternatives list contains the correct replacement word do one of the following:
   • Double-click the word or choose Replace to change this occurrence of the word.

     or

   • Choose Replace All to replace all occurrences of the word.

3. If the Alternatives list doesn't contain the correct replacement word, enter the correct word in the Replace box. Choose Replace to change this occurrence or Replace All to change all occurrences of the word.

   The effect of Replace All lasts only to the end of the current spell check operation.
