To
save a document as a shell file
Open the document.
From the File menu, choose Save As.
Type a name for the document and add the file extension
.shl
.
Specify the appropriate Shells subdirectory as the location for the file.
Choose OK.
The shell name now appears on the Shell Files list corresponding to the subdirectory you specified.
