To read a plain text RTF file into the program

1. ClickitbpF22.4375pt21.0625pt2ptfileopen.wmf, or from the File menu, choose Open.

2. Click the down arrow at the right end of the Files of Type box.

3. Click RTF (*.rtf).

4. Select the directory containing the file.

5. Select the file itself.

6. Choose OK to open the file.

   When your editing changes are complete, save the file.
