Some characters don't appear in print

Some Windows 95 users experience problems when certain characters that appear on the screen don't appear in print. The problem results when TrueType fonts haven't been downloaded correctly to the printer. The fonts must be downloaded as bitmap soft fonts. The settings are located on the Fonts tab sheet in the HP printer settings dialog box. Follow these instructions to download the fonts correctly:
