You can enter these operators from the Operators dialog box:

By default, when an operator is in-line, limitsLimit.tex are placed to the right. When an operator is displayed, limits are placed above and below. The exception is the integral operator: limits are always set to the right.
You can override the in the Operator dialog box when you enter a new operator or when you edit an existing operator. Use the AutoAuto.tex and SizeSize.tex defaults whenever possible.
