  1. Select the frame. Eight black handles appear around the frame.

  2. ClickitbpF22.4375pt21.0625pt2ptproperty.wmf, or from the Edit menu, choose Properties.

  3. Choose the Frame tab.

  4. Choose In Line Placement

  5. Choose OK.

An offset determines the placement of an in-line frame with relation to the text baseline. When the offset is 0, the bottom of the frame is aligned with the text baseline. To move the frame up or down, you set the offset of the baseline from the bottom of the frame.
