To import the contents of one document into another

1. Open the document into which you want to import another document.

2. Place the insertion point where you want to insert the contents of the other document

3. From the File menu, choose Import Contents.

4. In the Import Contents dialog box, select the name of the document you want to import.

5. Choose OK to copy the contents of the document into the active document.
