Open a File

Starting Scientific Notebook automatically opens a blank document, which is a shell, or template, for a new document. If you want to produce a similar document, replace the content of the shell with your content. The instructions in the shell tell you how. If you want to create some other kind of document, open a new file and choose a different kind of shell.
