  1. Select the vector or place the insertion point to its right.

  2. Click itbpF22.4375pt21.0625pt2ptproperty.wmf, or from the Edit menu, choose Properties.

  3. Choose Baseline.

  4. Choose the baseline you want for the vector.

  5. Choose OK.
