To embed video in a document,

1. Choose Insert Field External Program Call

2. For Type, choose Video

3. Type text for the anchor, or choose one of the available icons by clicking Attach Icon. Alternatively, you can supply your own scalable picture by inserting the picture in the text window.

4. For Directory, choose Video.

5. Use the Browse button to select your sound file.

We have predefined the Video directory to be #23#>Scinotebook#24#>Sound. You can modify this path to point to any other directory of your choice that contains the video files. Here is a sample video file with the video camera icon instead of text. You choose this icon in the external program call dialog box. Try clicking the icon.
