  1. Press Enter to start a new paragraph and apply a heading tag.

  2. Type the keyword Text and press Enter.

  3. If you want the exam to begin with a title, type the title as you want it to appear in final form and press Enter.

  4. If you want to include an input box for the student's name, select Student Name Input from the popup list on the Fragments toolbar or, from the File menu, choose Import Fragment, select Student Name Input.frg, and then choose OK.

    On your screen you see a box like this:

    If you want to change the length of the box, double-click it and change the size specification, then choose OK.

  5. If you want to include instructions for the student, press Enter to start a new paragraph and type the instructions.

  6. Format the text information to your liking, adding any space you want between the front section and the first question.
