HotDog Professional v3.09 installation created a rather
large INI file which contains a lot of path specific
system info.  Therefore you DO NOT want to just replace
it with an INI file containing just the registration info.
What you'll need to do is open up the 'hotdog.ini' file
that's currently in your HotDog program directory where
you installed it.  Copy and paste the information below
into the 'hotdog.ini' file.  It doesn't matter where it
goes, at the bottom would be fine.
