The picture shows the .dll that is patched; the one on top
(pgpcmdlg.bak) is the original, unpatched file, and the one
on bottom (pgpcmdlg.dll) is the .dll after making the required 
changes.

The change is so generic that it will probably work for a long
time on any new betas.
