Negate-Lock-Pin         (registered version only!)

On machines equipped with Cyrix/TI/IBM CPUs the state of the Negate-Lock
pin can be enabled. With this set, previously noncachable locked cycles
are executed as unlocked cycles and therefore, may be cached. This
results in higher performance. You may estimate a speed increase of up to
10% on machines without L2 cache as laptops and up to 5% with 256 PB
cache.
To enable this, start PC-CONFIG from command-line: config nolock
To disable type:  config nolockoff
