You can get help at anytime from within a program's window by
    pressing the [HELP] key.  If the  program  does not open it's
    own  window and the program's help library has been installed
    on your system, then, from the CLI/ Shell enter:

    Help <program name> [RETURN]


    Or use the special 'Help' icon provided with each program.
