To rename a saved directory list

You can assign a new name to a Saved Directory List using the outline, the toolbar or the Directory menu.

1. On the toolbar, click Organize Saved Directory Lists.
2. Click the Saved Directory List you'd like to rename.
3. Click Rename.
4. In the Rename Saved Directory List dialog box, type the new name.
5. Click OK.

NOTE: To rename a saved directory list from the outline, right-click the directory list on the outline. Click Rename Directory List. To rename a directory list from the menu bar, open the Directory menu and click Directory Lists. The Organize Saved Directory Lists dialog box appears. Select the directory list you want to rename, and then click Rename.
