You may encounter problems when searching on what seems like straightforward items. For instance, a search for people whose job title is teacher may return zero records. This is because the database may have teachers listed as TCHR. Some search options may also have a drop-down menu with all the available options. If you do not select an option from the drop-down menu, your search will return zero records. To help your searches return records you can Search on a Wildcard, or use the drop-down menu when available.
