Manages conditional access. The CA Manager mediates between policies and requests. When a new request becomes active, the CA Manager notifies all of the policies, at which point any policy can deny the request. The CA Manager holds the collection objects for the policies, offers, and paid tolls. It also forwards events from the lower-level CA objects, through its outgoing event interface.
The CA Manager is a required feature of the Video Control. To retrieve the CA Manager, enumerate the Video Control's collection of available features.
