Stage 1: Enter company name and customization code

In this panel, you enter your company or organization's name and your 10-digit customization code. You must also choose your role.

• Company name
  Enter the name of your company or organization. This is not the name that will appear in the title bar of the browser. You will set this option later in the IEAK wizard.
• Customization code
  This customization code is required; you cannot run the wizard without it. Keep this code safe and do not distribute it.

  You should have received your customization code via mail or e-mail after you registered. You must register to be licensed to redistribute Internet Explorer and related products. If you have lost your customization code, see the IEAK Web site for further instructions.

Options for your role are:

• Content provider/developer if you provide custom content, links, and functionality to users.
• Service provider if you provide Internet service to users.

• Corporate administrator if you manage Internet software and services for a company or organization.

You must choose the role that matches your license agreement.

• Automatic version synchronization (AVS)
  The IEAK wizard can automatically check for the latest versions of Internet Explorer and other components as you run the wizard. This feature is recommended to ensure that you have the latest versions of all components. If you have already downloaded the components you want and you don't want to connect to the Internet, you can clear this check box. Do not clear this check box if you have not yet downloaded the components you want to include in your package.
