Active Channels are an easy and convenient way to view great Web sites. When you choose a channel from the Channel bar on the desktop, a full-screen window opens that provides a richer and more satisfying Web experience. You can also schedule when a channel gets updated.

Internet Explorer 4.0 comes with a set of Active Channels already installed. You decide which channels you want, what to download and when, and how you want the information delivered.
